This course is for any educator—PK–12+—who wants to bring the science of trauma-informed practice and resilience-building into their classroom. Whether you’re taking this course on your own or learning alongside a cohort, it’s designed to help you build a strong, healthy foundation for learning within your school community.

Throughout the course, you’ll see a few Knowledge Check quizzes. No need to stress—they’re simply there to help you pause and make sure you’re catching the big ideas from each section.

You’ll also find optional reflection prompts. We highly encourage you to take about five minutes to sit with them. What feels true for you right now? What else is coming up as you reflect?
