What can I expect in this challenge?
Sometimes, self-care feels like just one more thing we're failing at. But we know how important it is. What else do we know?
We also know that when we are in community with others, helping one another, cheering one another on, being together in the journey, checking in with one another, it makes all the difference in the world.
And that's exactly what this is.
Each week you'll receive two challenges in your Inbox with an invitation to complete one of the challenges. That's it. You choose. And then you can choose to do it at any time during the week. Or not do it at all. No pressure and no expectations.
But if you'd like to ramp it up, you're welcome to do any of the following:
- mark on your Caremittment Progress Chart that you completed the week's challenge.
- take a selfie of you doing your challenge and post it in our private Facebook Group, dedicated to others who are doing the challenges. Or just post a comment about the challenge.
But you don't have to do any of that.
It's not "care" if it comes with more stuff to do. You're not proving to anyone what a self-care guru you are. You're just doing the stuff for you.
And that's good enough.
