Sample Weekly Challenge

Hello friends!

Congratulations for clicking into this challenge. You've already taken the first step this week toward better mental, social, physical balance in your life. So let's get to the challenges!

Choose one of the following and complete it by the end of this week.

Challenge 1)

Go outside and sit in the sun (or shade) for 5 minutes. Don't talk. Don't think. Close your eyes (if you like) and just listen to the sounds around you. Feel the outdoors on your skin. Breathe slowly and deeply as you do this. 

Challenge 2)

This week, wake up and do NOT check your phone immediately. Instead, drink a glass of water and build your intention (not a to-do list) for the day. Who do you want to be? What do you want to feel? What do you want others to feel as a result of interacting with you? 


Remember, you're welcome to complete just one challenge. That's enough.

If you'd like to ramp up...

  • Be sure to mark on your progress chart that you've completed this week's challenge. This progress chart is downloadable here (link intentionally disabled in this example email).
  • You might also take a selfie doing the activity or post about your experience over on our private CoCare Facebook group (link intentionally disabled in this example email).
  • You are always welcome to check in with yourself in a journaling activity. How are you doing right now? How did you feel as you were doing the challenge? And afterward? Write down a few words to mark your progress in words and feelings.
